This is the perfect size and operating temperature for our wet towels after a shower. In only an hour or two they are dry and ready for their next use. No more slight mildew buildup for us. All we did to save a little money was to put this on an electric timer, so it isn't on all the time. Great product, easy assembly, quick shipping. All we could ask.

Ordered with the thinking that I would receive a Cascadia Towel Warmer, after doing a lot of online research, but, instead, received an identical unit from Amba. However, after using the unit and applying some techniques for use of towel warmers from my online research, we found this towel warmer did exactly what we had wanted it to do--warm towels before use and dry them after use. We can easily place two full-sized towels and two wash cloths on the unit, along with my husband's lounge pants on one end. And, we analyzed our usage patterns and put the unit on a timer so it's not left on continuously, for safety and a savings. The unit does minimally offer some ambient warming of the bathrooom in an important area for those night-time trips. We're happy with the unit, purchased a second one, and would recommend it to others. However, realize you may receive a unit from Amba, not Cascadia, and users need to research how to properly place items to maximize the heat distribution.

Does not really heat the whole towel.

I love my towel warmer. Growing up in England, we always had warm towels when we got out of the bath or shower. I have missed that since I moved to the US but now have lovely warm towels. A little expensive but well worth it!
